Aloe boylei

Aloe boylei is an unusual deciduous Aloe that is stemless
but forms a spreading group from offshoots at the base.

Uses: It forms an excellent focal point in the garden but due to its massive stem base, it should preferably not be planted close to any buildings.
Flowers: Up to three flower stems may arise from a mature rosette in summer and bloom with salmon-pink green tipped flowers.
Growth Habit: Broad deeply channelled dark green leaves have numerous oblong white spots on the underside and a white margin with small soft teeth. Leaves are deciduous in winter dying back completely.
Growing Guide: Grow in well drained fertile soil and give protection from the hottest sun. Cold hardy.
