Aloe suprafoliata

In habitat is found growing in cool high places in steep
rocky slopes frequently in cloud and mist, where summer
temperatures are moderate and there are occasional frosts in winter.

Uses: Ideal for rockeries and general landscaping and looks fantastic in a decorative pot.
Flowers: Several inflorescences may appear from one rosette during winter and flower with pendulous pink to red blooms.
Growth Habit: The plant is generally a solitary stemless rosette that has a characteristic spiral twist when mature. The long tapered leaves are grey green with brown teeth along the margin and form a rosette about 30cm across.
Growing Guide: Grows in rich well-drained soil with protection from hot afternoon sun and ample water during summer.
