Requires bright light, but not direct sun.  Can be grown outdoors in tropical and sub-tropical climates.  Dormant in winter/tropical dry season.  Tubers may be lifted and repotted in spring.  Feed with slow release fertiliser.  Use premium potting mix if planting in containers.
