Lavandula dentata
'Frenchette'
This compact form of the popular French lavender has
aromatic grey-green foliage crowded along the stems forming|
a compact shrub suitable for many garden styles and settings.
| Uses: | Suitable for mass plantings, h edges, borders, lavender gardens, rockeries or patio pots. Flowers may be picked for fresh or dried floral work. |
| Flowers: | Spikes of lavender-blue flowers, on stiff, erect stems, are held above the foliage. Flowers flush in late winter and spot flowers occur throughout the year. |
| Growth Habit: | Very compact, neat bushy shrub, 100cm x 100cm. |
| Growing Guide: | Hardy when grown in any moderately fertile, well drained soil. Tolerant of frost and dry conditions, once established. Trim lightly after flowering flush has finished. |
